3. Booking & Discovery Calls

By booking a discovery call or consultation through our scheduling system, you agree to provide accurate contact and business information. Calls are complimentary and do not constitute a binding service agreement. VistoLocal reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Recurring monthly services are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. VistoLocal will not disclose your business data to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

8. Results Disclaimer

VistoLocal uses industry best practices to improve your online reputation; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular star rating, removal of specific reviews, or ranking position. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and existing review history.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Fortis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding balances become immediately due. VistoLocal will provide reasonable transition support as agreed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Mecklenburg County, NC.

12. Changes to These Terms

VistoLocal reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
